Valve bag is a small bulk packaging container, which is convenient,

clean and well sealed. It is one of the most popular packaging forms

in the world. It is a new type of environmental protection packaging

product, especially suitable for export packaging.

When used, the material can be fed from the top or bottom valve ports,

and special filling equipment is adopted. After filling, the shape of

the body is formed, and the packing is neat and beautiful.

Valve bag features: Valve bag has the characteristics of improving

packaging efficiency, convenient transportation, strong firmness, low

breakage rate and so on.

Valve bag classification: Valve bags can be divided into the following

categories according to the material used:

Paper-plastic composite

valve bag is made of plastic woven bag (abbreviated as base cloth) and

tape casting method (cloth/film/paper composite is three in one).

Kraft paper valve bags are made of kraft paper. (Kraft paper is mainly

divided into imported kraft paper and domestic kraft paper.) The

number of layers of kraft paper varies from one layer to six layers

according to its use, and can be coated or added with PE plastic film

in the middle.

PE valve bag: commonly weighing bag valve bag, made of

polyethylene film, the thickness of the film is generally between 8

and 20 wires.

Low melting point valve bag: made of low melting point polyethylene
