This unit is a dedicated equipment for automation production mainly to realize automatic packaging (automatic bag pickup, bag feed, bag delivery, bag opening, filling and bag sealing) and output of finished product. This equipment totally adopts PLC man-machine interface display screen control, which significantly facilitates operation, so, it is the requisite equipment for automated enterprise production.
2.1 Applicable to the packaging bags of the same specification, if the packaging bag needs to be changed, please make adjustment as per the operation requirements;
2.2 This machine adopts rational design, bag suction, bag opening, filling and sealing are completed automatically;

2.4 This machine is structurally compact and has nice appearance;
1.2.5 This system is suitable for various packaging materials such as paper bag, woven bag (without coated film), plastic bag, etc., and is widely applied in chemical, forage and grain sectors, etc.
It shall be avoided to use the machine in the working environment where there is corrosive, combustible gas or heavy powdery dust, it shall be avoided to use the machine in the place with temperature over 40℃, and shall be avoided to use it in the place with too high relative ambient humidity (>85%HR).
4. work process:
Large silo (customer reserved outlet) -- enter spiral meter -- automatic bag -- automatic bag unloading (reserved dust outlet at the outlet) -- bag shaping -- sewing bag (sewing) Some inner and outer bags must be adhered. If the inner and outer bags are separated, the seams must be customized.
Functional modules include (Fig. 1):
1. storage silo: used for short-time storage of material in order to ensure interrupted supply of material to the packaging machine.
2. 25kg double-head weighing machine: quantitative metering and supply.
3. Working platform: used for equipment inspection and maintenance.
4. Card inserting machine: card feed.
5. Fast bag feed automatic packaging machine: completes automatic packaging process, including: automatic bag feed, bag clamp and opening, filling, metering, bag mouth unscrambling, bag holding and conveying;
6. seam sealing machine: stitching, rubber covering and adhesion of packaging bag mouth.
7. Finished product conveyor: automatically outputs already packaged finished bags.
